My expertise in management has been shaped by leading interdisciplinary programs and teams in the highly dynamic and crisis-ridden context of Lebanon since 2020. My experience spans action-research programs and organizational portfolio management.
The projects I led contended with the lived experiences of people as a result of state policy, and especially how they compound and manifest during crises. Through projects like the award-winning Housing Monitor, I worked to define complex and evolving real-life challenges and mobilize holistic, collaborative interventions to address them.
My management approach is rooted in the principles of Lean Management. I approach challenges as opportunities for continuous improvement, organizational learning, and collaboration. I specialize in process improvement and change management, helping teams adapt to evolving challenges and opportunities and implement more effective and resilient organizational systems.
